See All ReviewsBreakfast was the best no doubt after some PT. But lunch meals were always looking like it was made a week ago and then warmed up now. Dinner has its moments, especially with desserts options but lacked some key food inspirations to improve the overall dining experience. Minus the X amount of times they had to vax the building for rat infestation. Also being closed on 4 day weekends are crazy when you could be an mos-t or ait soldiers, or even RA/civilian contractor stopping in for a quick bite.
Probably the worst defac I’ve eaten at. I wasn’t trying to complain but nothing seems to be changing and I’ve been eating here everyday the past 5 weeks. The food is just not seasoned or cooked very well. In the picture this is what I had last week, did not eat it because it wasn’t cooked all the way. This isn’t the first time. There’s supposed to be Powerade and different juices but by mid day there’s no more. The condiments area is never refilled once out. I understand that there’s a lot of soldiers that eat there at once but there’s a lot of workers to keep food coming out and stocked. Least to say the workers are nice and the place is clean at least in the dining area.
Worst DFAC I’ve ever been to. The food is flavorless. The serve dirty shrimp in their seafood salad, the drink stations are always empty, everything is always overcooked and dry, I don’t understand how we have the culinary school here and everything is so bad.
